Please be advised that relying on vehicle history reports when purchasing a vehicle is at your own discretion. Vintrustpro is not responsible for any purchasing decisions made based on the information provided in our reports.

1. Eligibility for a Refund

Refunds may be considered only if the following conditions are met:
  • The refund request is submitted within Three (3) days of the transaction date.
  • The reason for the refund meets the criteria outlined in our policy.

2. Valid Reasons for a Refund

A refund may be issued under the following circumstances:
  • The report received is completely blank.
  • The customer was charged twice for the same report.
If a duplicate transaction occurs, the customer will receive either a refund for the additional charge or an extra report credit.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for the following reasons:
  • Submission of incorrect or incomplete vehicle details (e.g., VIN) by the customer.
  • Perceived inaccuracies in the report (our data is sourced from third-party databases and provided “as is”).
  • Reports with missing information (availability of vehicle data may vary).
  • Delays in report generation or delivery.
  • Failure to contact support within the specified timeframe.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund, please fill out the form on our Dispute Page or email us at support@vintrustpro.com with your order details.

5. Additional Refund Terms

Full Refund: If the report contains technical errors, contact our support team within 24 hours of purchase for a free exchange.

  • Partial Refund:
    • Claims submitted between two (2) to Three (3) days after purchase will incur a 70% deduction from the refund amount.
    • No refunds will be processed for claims submitted beyond Three (3) days from the date of purchase.
  • Once a refund request is submitted, we will review it in accordance with our policies and process it accordingly.
