b. Refund Conditions

Full Refund: If a Report contains technical errors, contact support within one (1) day for a free exchange.
Partial Refunds:
- 2–4 days after purchase → 50% deduction.
- 5–7 days after purchase → 70% deduction.
No Refunds: After 7 days, refund requests will not be accepted.

Once submitted, all claims are reviewed for eligibility.

c. Exclusions (Non-Refundable Cases)

Refunds are not provided in these cases:

Incorrect or incomplete VIN/vehicle details entered by the user.
Perceived inaccuracies in reports (data is sourced from third parties and provided “as is”).
Incomplete reports due to unavailable vehicle data.
Delays in report processing or delivery.
