By accessing, purchasing, viewing, downloading, or using a Vintrustpro vehicle history report (each referred to as a “Report”) from the Vintrustpro consumer website (www.vintrustpro.com) (“Vintrustpro Site”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Vintrustpro. If you do not agree with all the terms stated herein, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Vintrustpro Site and any Reports.

Vintrustpro reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Vintrustpro Site and Reports after any modifications will signify your acceptance of the updated terms.

1. License for Use

Vintrustpro provides access to its Reports solely for personal, non-commercial use to evaluate vehicle history. Any individual or business needing Reports for commercial purposes must subscribe to Vintrustpro’s commercial offerings, as detailed on www.vintrustpro.com.

Modification Rights

VINTRUSTPRO RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE, MODIFY, OR DISCONTINUE ANY FEATURE OF THE VINTRUSTPRO SITE OR REPORTS AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE.

2. User License & Restrictions

Vintrustpro grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to access the Vintrustpro Site and use Reports for which you have paid. This license does not allow:

Sharing or transferring a Report to third parties, except in relation to a vehicle purchase or sale for personal use.
Commercial Use, including:
- Buying or selling vehicles beyond personal use.
- Reselling, sublicensing, or distributing Reports.
- Analyzing multiple vehicle records for business purposes.
- Using Reports for financial or commercial gain.

3. Prohibited Activities

You are strictly prohibited from:

Using automated tools (e.g., bots, data mining tools) to extract data from the Vintrustpro Site.
Engaging in web scraping or other automated access methods.
Copying, altering, publishing, or redistributing Reports or any information contained within them.
Using Reports to identify or contact any past or current vehicle owner.

4. Refund and Return Policy

a. General Policy

Vintrustpro provides digital vehicle history reports, which are considered non-returnable.
However, we offer a limited refund policy under specific conditions.

b. Refund Conditions

Full Refund: If a Report contains technical errors, you must contact support within one (1) day of purchase for a free exchange.
Partial Refund:
- Refund requests within two (2) to four (4) days of purchase will be subject to a 50% deduction.
- Refund requests within five (5) to seven (7) days of purchase will be subject to a 70% deduction.
No Refunds will be issued for requests beyond seven (7) days from the purchase date.

Once a request is submitted, we will review it. If it meets our policies, we will process the refund accordingly.

c. Exclusions (Non-Refundable Cases)

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

Incorrect or incomplete VIN or vehicle details submitted by the user.
Perceived inaccuracies in the report (data is sourced from third parties and provided “as is”).
Incomplete reports due to limited availability of vehicle data.
Delays in report generation or delivery.
Failure to contact support within the specified timeframe.

5. Certification of Personal Use

By using Vintrustpro, you certify that all information provided is accurate and complete and that your use of Reports is for personal purposes only. If Vintrustpro suspects commercial use, access may be suspended until satisfactory clarification is provided.

6. Commercial Use Violations & Remedies

If Vintrustpro determines that you are using Reports for commercial purposes, we may:

Suspend, deactivate, or terminate your access without a refund.
Charge you additional fees equal to the standard report price for each instance of unauthorized commercial use.
Pursue legal action if necessary.

7. Disclaimers

No Guarantees: Vintrustpro does not guarantee uninterrupted access to its Site or Reports.
Accuracy Limitations: Vintrustpro does not verify or guarantee the accuracy of data in its Reports, which are compiled from third-party sources.
“As-Is” Reports: Vintrustpro provides all Reports “as is” and expressly disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
